All orders are sent through Royal Mail
via 2nd class delivery service, which is normally delivered with 3- 4 days.
If you don't receive your order within 7 days of item been despatched, Please contact me and I will resolve any queries or issues.

Soap orders are all made to order depending on demand. Once your order is placed it will be made and packaged within 3 days.
If there is any delays beyond my control I with notify you to advise on despatch date.
