We hope you wouldn’t want to return anything you’ve bought from us, but if you do, here’s some more information about the process.

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused soaps within 14 days of receiving order. Exchange or refund will be offered after 14 days.

Returns will be processed by us within 3 -5 days of receiving the returned items.

The refund will then be processed by Paypal in accordance with its refund policies.

All returns are to be covered by the Customer.
